Notting Hill Carnival 2026

If you are attending Notting Hill Carnival this weekend, please plan your journey in advance and allow extra time for travelling, as roads and public transport services are likely to be extremely busy. Follow the advice of event stewards, police officers and transport staff at all times.

Keep your belongings secure, remain aware of your surroundings and consider carrying only the items you need for the day. Stay with friends where possible, agree a meeting point in case you become separated, and ensure your mobile phone is fully charged before you travel. Remember to stay hydrated, look after each other and drink responsibly.

If you witness suspicious behaviour, anti-social behaviour, or have any concerns for your safety or the safety of others, please speak to a police officer or steward. In an emergency, always call 999. If you see something, say something.
